Dance floor perspective of the DJ booth. You can see the cd rack with the black and green light over it. On the top shelf are a couple of audio monitors (Sony) and an American DJ light chaser for the overhead chase orbs above the dancefloor & table. In the foreground you can see the "Twin Beam" light sitting on the corner of the booth. It is a rotary beacon with a colored filter over each lamp (blue/green). Its actually old military surplus for a truck. I had adapted it over for 120VAC use by installing a transformer (120VAC to 24VAC) and full bridge rectifier (AC to DC)from Radioshack. A good DJ knows something about tinkering with electronics because a part of being a mobile DJ is knowing how to fix equipment that goes out on you and troubleshooting, so skills in basic electronics technology have come in handy on many occasions.
